Business analyst between process, data and decision — the why before the how.

About

I am a business analyst at Grupo Skytech, in Sao Paulo. I map and optimise workflows, extract and analyse data in SQL to find where the operation stalls, and write the functional and technical specs that move a solution from diagram to production.

Before that I worked in Sales Ops and in administration at the same company: commercial targets, KPIs, forecasting and market share on one side; reports and dashboards in Excel on the other. That is why I treat process and numbers as the same conversation. I am studying Business Administration at FECAP, finishing in 2026.
